ABA Line Therapist
ABA for Children knows the importance of having small, highly-qualified teams for our clients. Our ABA Line Therapists are the heart of our programs. They work directly with our clients with autism, as well as their families. They work in the home and in community settings implementing treatment programs with supervision from our BCBAs. Our Line Therapists complete RBT training within the first 90 days of employment and receive weekly supervision with BCBAs.

Interested candidates should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in an autism-related field, 1 year experience working with children with autism, and reliable transportation.

Interested candidates should have a minimum of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification and Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or similar field is preferred, 1 year experience in supervision and working with children in a home-based setting, good organizational skills, attention to detail and reliable transportation.
